Sculpted by Marvel Select superstar sculptor Gabriel Marquez, this Hulk figure stands approximately 9 3/4 inches tall (24.7 centimeters) with 14 points of articulation. He comes packaged in oversized Select-style packaging, perfect for display or storage, with reference artwork on the spine.
Dr. Robert Bruce Banner, Ph.D., also known as The Hulk, is an American theoretical physicist, famous for his work in the fields of nuclear physics and gamma radiation. He was recruited by General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross and the U.S. Army to develop the first gamma bomb. During his first live test, he was bombarded with a massive dose of gamma rays while saving Rick Jones, a young boy who had managed to reach the test site. He was mutated into a green giant, the living personification of rage, fueled by sheer physical strength and would come to be known as the almost mindless "Incredible Hulk." Fearful of the damage the Hulk could inflict, he went on the run.
