Welly is a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of diecast toy cars and scale models since 1980. Its factories are located in Guangdong Province, Mainland China. With over 30 years of experience in diecast model making, it has established a wide range of different scales, namely 1:18, 1:24, 1:32, 1:38, 1:43, 1:60, and 1:87, with licenses that include cars, trucks, bicycles, motorcycles, and other types of vehicles.
