Description
These hand-painted, fully authorized Marvel Comics metal figures are sculpted by master craftsmen and based on original Marvel artwork. Each 4-inch figure is individually numbered, emblazoned with the official Marvel logo, and packaged in deluxe packaging, including a 16-page character history magazine. The Iron Man version features him in a heroic pose in a deluxe collectible figure.
Tony Stark was initially wounded in a Vietnamese jungle and captured by a communist tyrant. Stark was ordered to build a powerful weapon for his captor, but instead was given the opportunity to covertly construct a suit of armor that would withstand Stark's injury and provide him with the power to escape. Stark later improved upon the original design and continued to do so throughout his superhero career.
